I booked the Business King Suite for a one-night stay. The room had excellent space. it felt comfortable and clean. The bathroom featured a hot shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast presented decent options, but I hoped for a wider variety. Unfortunately, the reception staff rarely answered the phone, causing frustration. The lift service was slow. I ended up walking six flights down when waiting became too tedious. Housekeeping was also slow, especially when I needed extra towels. I expected more from a Ramada location, especially in terms of updated amenities. This place has potential, but it definitely needs some attention to detail.

We had a lovely time visiting the nearby Dosari Zoo, which was a fun day out for the family. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore the area. The kids enjoyed spotting all the wildlife exhibits during our stay.

I stayed for 2 nights and loved the tasty breakfast options, especially the fresh salads. I was unimpressed with the cleanliness. towels took ages to arrive!

It was just a top selection for a city break in Al Khobar with good value for cost. The burger I ordered from room service was disappointing, but the front desk staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Don’t expect too much from the food, though.
